Luke Hartman is Director of IT Operations at Oklahoma Christian University. Luke has been very involved in the work at Karamoja, working directly with Duncan Ojiambo, including personal visits. Dirk Allison is a business leader in the Dallas, Texas area and an active servant of our Lord.
